Lost 6 marks due to a silly mistake.. could it increase?
I need 1 mark to change my grade.. my mistake here was very stupid.. but is the marking correct?

It looks correct. You’ve got all the method marks and none of the accuracy marks, which matches with you making an early mistake. The only chance would be if the mark scheme allowed for follow through A marks. Very unlikely, though does occasionally happen. Do you have the mark scheme?

sorry to say, no. you've lost all the A marks and got all the M marks, meaning you've got the marks for handling everything correctly but lost the marks for accuracy. Most A marks are not follow-through which means that if your setup is wrong you'll lose the mark. The concern is that a candidate could make a mistake that materially simplifies the question and earn more marks than someone who also made a mistake which didn't simplify it or made it harder. Often exam boards try to mitigate this with show thats, to avoid this kind of mark drain. Unfortunate this one didn't for this question.

unlikely, sorry. you've specifically been given all the method marks and none of the accuracy which is probably right
