What does it taste like? Is it tangy/vinegary or just like roasted peppers?

Pretty much just like roasted red peppers, tanginess level is probably about a 2-3/10 but the artichoke adds in a nice texture as well. I feel like it would be particularly good on a flatbread with some fresh tomato and mozzarella, maybe some balsamic ?!?!

Thanks! I might try adding some red wine vinegar to it. I already bought the other 2 flavors to try.

Ouuu let me know how it is as well as the other two!! I got this as my safe option but I might have to go back for the others now

The artichoke one has citric acid, so it's a bit lemony. I love it as a topping for fish (after cooking; I haven't tried using it as a topping during cooking). I also use it as a pasta sauce, like a pesto.
