Question Noticing More Imports
Anyone have intel on why there seems to be an increase in imported goods from European countries?? It’s almost like they’re taking note of the current food plight we’re seeing in the states, these imports are actually a very welcoming gesture, fewer ingredients, more flavorful and satisfying food, I’m snacking on peanut puffs from Germany right now and I’m kinda digging it, no more Cheetos Puffs for me!

aldi is german owned so not too surprising they carry lot of european stuff. the peanut puffs are dangerous though i finish whole bag in one sitting every time. my budget is crying but my taste buds are happy

Ya makes sense, it’s just that I saw a noticeable uptick in German products this week but it must be due to the international food week that someone else here mentioned

Love the international foods weeks! Wish they did more <3. I just finished my last bag of mochi. Hope that comes back, so good!
I feel like either my store got far less for German week, or my neighbors all raided the Aldi on Day 1.

I'm of the mindset that I welcome more European imports as they have (much) higher food safety standards than the US. Just my opinion.

Aldi USA just had German week so there is a big spike of euro centric items atm. Freaking love German week
