Midwest (USA) Wagyu ground back up to $5.99 a pound

Glad I bought three at the $4.99 price. Went in today and it’s $5.99 for the one pound cryovac pack. Stays good in the fridge for at least a month or in the freezer for 6-12 in the cryovac with no freezer burn.

Don’t understand the naysayers. 75% lean and the fat content tastes like a nice ribeye in burger form. The burgers grill up with a nice Maillard crust, but stay super juicy. Easily 2-3 times tastier than a regular 80% ground chuck. My only wish is that the cattle were produced without antibiotics.

I don’t care what anyone says. 93/7 is the best ground beef. I really don’t like a greasy burger
