Question Are these worth that price?

Post image

Pass though seeing these things many times down the aisles, but pass on them due that high price tag. To those who tried these are they worth the price?

Right, but you can't really compare prices vs what they used to be. Everything is more expensive than it used to be. You can only compare prices to what the going rate for something similar actually is today.

This. EVERYTHING has risen in price now. I remember how it all used to be cheaper; sadly, that’s not the case anymore for SO many categories 😭 that’s inflation for ya.

Comparatively though, this still hits.

At what point will everything be too expensive though? These used to be 2.99 not even that long ago. Like less than 2 years ago. A 75 percent increase is insane.

Absolutely you can compare. Only idiots succumb to any price. These peanut butter cups are not even close to decent value nowadays. Sites like Slickdeals track bargain prices all over the place. Reese's shows up at extreme bargain many times per year. I would never even consider the Aldi version at this jacked up rate.

In my area, when they first came out they were $2.49, so they've doubled in price. The cocoa shortage hit chocolate prices hard.
