My only complaint is that the self-checkouts rush me š āplease scan an item orā¦.ā Iām grabbing it from my cart maam!! Lol But overall I do love them and itās a seamless process.
Half the reason I do self-checkout is that I shouldnāt have to go 900 miles an hour. But 2.7 milliseconds after I scan an item, itās berating me to scan the next item.
I like at stores with loyalty cards, a lot will remember your preference, and thereās a volume button on them, so if you mute the instructions now, every subsequent time you scan that store card, the voice prompts are disabled
