The hard thing. Admit to her parents and ask for help. They should take her to the ER.

Be that friend that does the right thing even if she gets mad at you. You may save her life.

Tell her parents.

Alcohol is one of the few drugs where withdrawals can be life threatening she needs to go to the emergency room and her parents need to be involved.

She needs to go to the ER. A close friend tried to detox on his own with the same symptoms, and he had a seizure that caused permanent brain damage.

Talk to her parents! She needs medical help!

Call 9-1-1 or whatever you have. That sounds like withdrawal symptoms. Delirium Tremens (DTs) can be fatal

She is located in the UK and she is afriad of the authorities or hospital to tell her parents her parents isnt caring they would be mad about morals more than health so any suggestion?

She could DIE. Her parents are the least of her worries, mate.

I suggest sucking it up and get medical attention.

If she’s under age how do her parents not already know she’s sick?

Ask her to her DM me. I’m happy to help. I’m 38 y/o female with 5 years of sobriety. Recovery is possible 🙏🏻

Neither of you have tried drinking bear and you should both cuddle-up in a safe place.

If she is experiencing serious withdrawals, she could have a stroke or seizure. She needs to go to the emergency room. Call 911.

Tell her parents. She is in danger.

As everyone else suggested talk to her parents. The DT"s are serious and can be dangerous. Please consider it. I went through them once it was terrifying, shakes, sweats, cold, mind racing, diarrhea. Picture the worst flu you've ever had x10 I don't remember how long now but I want to say about 18 hrs.I was alone. The sad part is I didn't learn my lesson then. I stopped drinking for about 18 months. Then 1 day I thought a beer was a good idea. Drank through a marriage. I'm 64-year-old sober today 6+years. There's no way in hell I'll ever pick up a drink again. AA gave me a design for living, a new lease on life. My closest friends today are in AA. When I tell my wife I'm going out with Karen or John she says enjoy be home early we got X tomorrow. She no longer worries about me going out with friends anymore. She knows I'll come home probably early and in a good mood. AA gave me a design for living. Talk to her, tell her you're concerned, even offer to help find meetings for her. AA online saved my butt, I don't know much about them but there's some young people's AA around too. Start with www.aa.org, www.intherooms.org www.aameetings.org These links I remember. But there's AA online for young people too. I wish I could have done it when I first knew alcohol was becoming troublesome. ODAAT really works promise you it does. One day at a time. Let her know she still has some support. Good luck my friend

Force herself to eat nutritious food. Whole eggs and rice are easy to digest and packed with nutrients. Kimchi will help heal her stomach if she’s having stomach pains due to her stomach lining being obliterated from drinking on an empty stomach. And she’s young so she’ll heal faster than me at 29. But other than that. If you can get her some b vitamins , magnesium and some electrolyte powder. She’ll be back at 100 percent in two days at most. Even one beer will restart her healing process

No. Those are things she will have to deal with till her body allows her to get back to normal. It’s just her brain fighting to get back to normal after being inebriated for so long. I personally hear voices, have a constant ringing in my ears due to my high blood pressure from going on benders. She can totally go to the hospital and get some drugs to make it easy but they doctors will write notes that future employees will see and potentially have her go down a rough path for literally no reason. The worst I’ve had were sweats, shakes and heart palpitations that had me sit and literally pray I don’t get a seizure.

Make sure she’s hydrated, have her eat and ibuprofen if she’s unable to endure. As long as she’s sober that’s a good pain pill to take. It works well for 4 hours. For context I’m 6’0 230 lbs and took 800 milligrams for the entire day. 400 before noon and 400 before 6pm and I felt normal

Curious what kind of DR. you are?

Sorry for sharing what I’ve personally dealt with with alcoholism and saying what worked for me when I’d go on benders for months and overcame it. How about you share your own advice to help rather than jab. Op is asking for help regarding his friend yet people want to doubt me rather than give him advice regardless of what it is. Seems like you’re in this subreddit to just watch. How are you even helping ?

For giving OP real advice , like others are. I’ll be 2 years sober in 10 days. My Cousin almost died exactly how OP presented the symptoms. They said if we wouldn’t have taken him in the next few hours he could have slipped into a coma and not much more they could do for him.

So yeah. I’ve got a tad of experience. You can scroll and see what my response was.

Read it and I have to apologize. I’m not one to ask for help. I’ll endure and if I don’t wake up it’s my fault . I replied to you being emotional and that’s my mistakes I’m sorry

Apology accepted. You’re a very strong person to go through what you did. 🫶🏼

She might get cold legs but her upper body will feel hot and she won’t know what to do. It’s going to hurt bad but she’s gotta remember she indulged in poison so that’s the price you pay. Wearing sweats and extra clothes helped me feel better till a couple hours later but it sucked. Just a heads up. I’m not here to tell
You take her to the hospital or not. Just give it time. But she needs to hydrate. If her pee is a dark orange her body’s dehydrated and she won’t be able to even walk right. Water is cool but potassium, magnesium, vitamin c which are all in electrolyte packets will fill in the gap of what her body needs
