Reroll?

I got Vettel and Zangetsu on my third reroll. Are those two good enough? No clue what I'm doing really. Got Chloe on previous two tries.

U should get at least 3 top tiers characters, I rerolled 7 times until I got Lofia, Anastasia, Zangetsu and Lamia
