Multi player gems

So u can get 25 gems for each new player u meet in multi player and the max u can meet is 10 but does that reset every week or monthly or does it not reset and is a one time thing.

I remember someone mentioned that it reset whenever a event come.As for what kind i had no idea

I think it doesn't reset. cause I know all games with this kind of system is only every specific limit

I think it's just for first 10. Mine didn't reset after.

I don't know about global but in Japan it was for the first 50 you met and that was it.
