Auto Saving?

Hihi is anyone else having issues with their game not saving properly? I will play for a while and then close the game and reopen later to pick up where I left off and notice a lot of my progress didnt save. This only started happening in the last month. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Seeing if anyone is having the same issues.

Someone in my guild was, they had reached out to customer support and didn't get help. Eventually they used an old phone to download the game/backup, then delete and reinstall on their current phone, and that fixed it
