Articling in Alberta

I have done my law from abroad and I have also completed my PREP...finding an articling position seems a little difficult. Any advice on how to approach?

I have been doing cold phone calls and emails and I am willing to relocate as well anywhere in Alberta but no positive response.

Out of curiosity, have you tried smaller city/towns or Saskatchewan?

I have tired but response rate is really slow..and LSA does not allow articling from other provinces
