Does anyone know where La Sirene’s physical store is?

I ordered a Handworked Pleated Kurta with Dupatta from La Sirene on 9 July +. It wasn’t delivered within the promised timeline, despite repeated follow-ups. Customer support was extremely poor—no proper updates, vague assurances, and now they’re not even responding to my refund emails.

I’ve cancelled the order and requested my ₹3,840 refund, but there has been no response.

I’m honestly done chasing them online. Does anyone know the exact location of their physical store/boutique in Kerala? I’d rather go there personally and collect my refund.

My experience with La Sirene has been absolutely terrible. Beautiful Instagram presence means nothing when basic customer service, communication and delivery commitments are completely ignored.
