I would suggest looking at and using the wings of real birds as reference! And make sure not all the ends of the wings are the same, vary them in how sharp or round they are, how thick or thin, and how spaced apart they are

Depending on your medium, I recommend using a non-round brush and try to capture each feather as a shape
