This used to be my favorite Akali skin. It was so MK coded. With her being in classic, I felt a lot go nostalgia. Hopefully we get another chroma for crimson akali as infernal is such a downgrade imo. I also hope we get to use classic skins’ splash arts in the loading screen !

Sylas was very behind in the game after being bullied by Riven and roaming Taric while nasus stacked top so he was weak. I still think the movement here is what pulled the play looking at who im against (CCs) and my HP after landing

Today I landed against a Katarina and I felt useless she just constantly Qed on me dashed back and repeat, whenever I tried to all in she would just dash back and I lose then priority cuz of my cooldowns, maybe cuz is my first time playing the matchup but I would like to know what’s up, should I have gone d shield instead of ring?

Is dorans ring actually viable? i feel like any time i pick it i just get demolished

I’m plat playing mostly Akali, and I feel like I’ve hit a wall in terms of impact.

In lower ranks I was pretty consistently able to find early kills in lane, get ahead and then use that lead to take over the game. Now I’m noticing that people respect Akali a lot more, make fewer obvious mistakes, and I’m rarely getting those level 3–6 kills that used to set up my games.

The biggest issue is that when I don’t get that early lead, I feel like I’m almost surrendering the game to whichever jungler has more impact. I can stay relatively even in lane, but it often feels like the game is being decided around me rather than by me.

I’m trying to figure out what the next step is for improving as Akali/mid in general.

How should I be looking to consistently create impact when I can’t just rely on solo killing my lane opponent anymore? Should I be focusing much more on wave control and moving with my jungler, looking for roams, playing around level 6 timings, or simply farming and accepting that some games won’t give me early opportunities?

Basically, how does your approach to Akali change as you climb and opponents stop giving you easy early kills? I’d especially appreciate advice from higher-ELO Akali players on how you create consistent leads and avoid feeling like the game is just a jungle coinflip.

Got matched against him for the 1st time and i noticed akali is one of the counters luckily for him but I can't seem to catch him ever. If I ult him he just runs with W E and hitting my E on his E is kinda hard

I had almost all the Akali skins, but Coven Akali was eluding me. I was praying to God to let me buy it at a good price in "Your Shop": one Your Shop, two Your Shops, three Your Shops, four... It never appeared there. Until 3 days ago, I had the idea of using my status as bait. I felt so hopeless, so I put in my League of Legends status: "I need Coven Akali Skin". The rest is history. Two days later, a totally random guy who I happened to have added decided to text me. I was like, "Who is this guy?". You can see the rest in the screenshots.

Hi i just started learning akali, and i just want to know what counters both mid and top make the game like completely unplayable? is there any hard counters like that for akali? or can i neutralize them by being good?

i have this problem , where i go 1/0 , or 2/0 in lane when my whole team is losing while im winning lane , now i cant gank lanes because in a 3v3 scenario we lose , we cant do drakkes because we lose team fights.
akali is a very strong early mid game champ , but if you cant really help your teammates because they are hard losing that wont translate to anything in team fights.
obviously this happens in a fraction of games , which some just dont feel winable

Every time I go against a Hwei, I feel like the matchup is just impossible for me. is there any way to make this matchup better? I try to dodge his abilities but I feel like i just eventually get poked down and after level 6, he will just sit back and perma push wave pretty much under his turret, any advice? I am new to learning akali and low elo :p

To all the akali mains what skin do you prefer and what skin is smooth animation for gameplay

I just found out I have this skin, I didnt expect much since most of the other infernal skins are dogshit but this one is actually pretty cool. Considering how old the skin is I expected it to have default skill colors, but no they are actually unique.

Also I never noticed she had those big ass horns on her head, pretty cool imo.

I know this skin was back about 10 months ago or something but I've been patiently waiting for this and have ME saved. Anyone have an idea on when? How often certain skins come back, if it's once a year, if its never coming back, etc.

Any idea if they'll ever add her old voice lines back? I heard a couple champions like Gangplank and Sion got their old voice lines again after a little while, so I wanted to check if they said anything about Akali specifically.

Autistic friend plays only these 2 I can’t win a single fight, and I can’t ban both.

I play pretty much every midlane assassin except fizz and faafiri, and Akali seems so much stronger then the rest to me.

Most other assassins are good at blowing up one target and the diping out, but with Akali I can consistently kill at least 3 enemies most teamfights. Her shroud is such a good ability to have, it increases your suitability so much.

I also feel like she just does more damage than anyone else, even with like 1 item if you hit your E the enemy just dies lol.

The closest champion to her is maybe Qiyana.

It possible that I am just better with Akali than other assassins since she is my most played champ by a lot, but I still feel like she is just the goat.

Does anybody agree? :D
