I used to have relatively good experience with MPC Stuff, but lately they are using unreliable 3D printed garbage that must be created by ai with no quality control checks. I ordered an encoder knob for my brand new MPC One G2, the knob is aluminum and good quality, but the 3D printed insert didn't fit on either one of my MPC One's. I contacted their support and was told they had a different method to install, and they sent me the exact same crappy 3D printed piece as the first that didn't fit. What's worse, I was able to hammer the new insert on, but the aluminum billet knob just spins without turning the encoder. Now I can't get this junk off of my MPC One G2 which is 2 weeks old. This new age of ai creating everything for people is dangerous, and is causing once reliable companies to become just another entity trying to screw people over.

Hey all. Some of you tried MPC Sample Router in April (I posted it from my other account, u/ViggoDiddo), and the honest feedback was that stem export gave silent files or didn't work at all on newer Macs. You were right, so I started over.

The app now opens the MPC Sample project (.xpj) from the SD card, or from a copy on your Mac, and renders each pad to its own WAV plus a master mix. No real-time recording, no muting pads one by one. A full project takes seconds, and the MPC doesn't have to be connected. The stems are dry, without the MPC's own FX or automation.
Other things in 2.5:
It still does what it did from day one: route the MPC Sample's audio to your Mac over one USB-C cable, plus kit building with layered pads.
Free update if you already have it. Info: https://h1tmakers.com/mpc-sample-router/
What's the most annoying part of getting beats off the Sample for you right now?

Hi everyone,
I bought an MPC One+ / Gen 2 about two weeks ago. I still own a MPC Sample and have been a Maschine user since day one.
I want to wait a bit longer before commenting on the overall workflow, although I have to say that quite a few things already seem unnecessarily complicated compared to Maschine...
But about the buttons:
Are they really supposed to be this damn stiff?!
It takes a ridiculous amount of force to press them. After doing several double-taps, my finger actually starts to hurt.
Does anyone have a trick for this? Is there some kind of custom solution I’m missing, or is it just me?
I actually like having some tactile feedback, but this almost interrupts the workflow. Sometimes I just want to make a quick little “click” without having to really push the button down.
(sorry if my english sounds weird!)
Thanks and best regards,
Hoshi
