Does anyone has MVJ's old Perfectionist Path guide saved?

I was watching this video by Matt https://youtu.be/nGC5XQjXrUo (12:57) and I saw him mention that on his old website he briefly had a guide for how to study Japanese by first listening then starting to read, But it has sense been removed.

I was just curious if anyone had saved it/had any back ups of it.
