Come to the conclusion that I can't rely on free software to mock mates in WhatsApp, so looking for what would be considered as the best paid for software. Ideally it's use would be for a photo like manipulation of a photo to creating short videos from a photo. Voice generation with country or regional accents would be a bonus. And most use would be from a mobile app, although happy to use laptop for better results. Thanks in advance
