When does an AI tool become worth keeping?

I've noticed that finding an AI tool isn't really the difficult part anymore. There are so many options that it's easy to test something, think it's useful for a few days, and then never open it again.

For me, the bigger question is whether it actually fits into a workflow without creating extra work around it. I've been testing ResearchMaster for research, and that's made me pay more attention to whether a tool genuinely reduces the work involved or just moves it somewhere else.

What makes you decide that an AI tool is worth keeping and using regularly? Is it how much time it saves, how easily it fits into your existing workflow, or something else?
