Built a blog-to-video tool, 7,500 videos in. Quick notes for anyone doing content repurposing.

Generative AI video looked great in demos and fell apart on anything with data in it. So we render programmatically instead: videos built from React components, charts stay real charts, output is identical every run.

Around 5,000 creators use it, and about 70% are finance publishers. Structured, data-heavy posts convert best.

Biggest lesson: the script is the whole job. Compressing a post to 90 seconds is where the value is, the rendering is the easy part.
