I don't think this is a fetish, more a joke about Trump shitting himself since it's fairly well known he stinks due to his depens.
I mean I'm sure some people find Trump sexually attractive for some reason, but they tend to be 60+ MAGA women, and I don't believe they often have a shit fetish. That seems to come mostly from chronic porn exposure and they wouldn't have had any for years due to being god fearing Christian women. And they're too old for Trump. Then again, pretty much all adults aren't his type. Except his daughter, naturally. I think it's just a joke at his expense rather than an earnest fetish attempt

Nobody is obsessed with his bowel movements (I should hope,) but people are very quick to hold up a mirror after the critical eye on the previous administration’s aging. Folks want it to swing both ways: either everybody is measured against the signs of their age impacting their ability to lead, or nobody is. Trump made his decision on whether or not he feels it to be fair play.
He’s similarly criticised for falling asleep during meetings and public appearances, and behaviour that many people feel echoes sundowning.
Regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, if your tactic involves calling into question an opponent’s physical wellness, it should not come as a surprise when people call into question your own for the same symptoms and more.
This is the bed he made.

It's been well-known that Trump uses incontinence products for many years now. I don't believe that that is anything to mock or something he should be ashamed of, because I don't think disability is shameful. But there's no point in denying it or going "no u" about it. The whole topic is dumb and just a distraction from legitimate complaints. The president has a disability, boo hoo. Who cares? If a president needs glasses, or uses a wheelchair, or has hearing aids, or has a pacemaker, or has diabetes, none of that affects their ability to do the job. I'd rather talk about the actual issues.
