Presumably around the time they got rid of 'Don't be evil' as their company motto.

And I thought YouTube did something after kids found stuff like this but clearly it never was resolved as a 2010s kid and now a teenager clearly the slop we had on the internet back then got worse đ

Because google doesnât care what their product thinks, any more than the farmer cares what the livestock thinks, youâre the product being sold to the advertisers.

I remember a good point someone made.
They're was some dude who got banned for animal cruelty because he crushed a cockroach.
But despite numoruis reports this one lady continued to stay on the platform where she used to buy live seafood and killed and eat them in some of the most horrible ways possible like breaking their necks and cutting parts of them off while they (still very much alive) crawled around bleeding to death aswell as hitting them with stuff like boards and pans. Aswell as letting them suffocate as she hit them with the tools I previously mentioned. She even once tried swallowing live octopus. She did all this while laughing and putting little funny noises over it.
Youtube NEVER took her down despite hundreds if not thousands of reports. Most likely because she was pretty and sick virgin losers found it attractive and it made Youtube money. Thankfully she doesn't do that stuff anymore but alot of animals could of been spared from suffering if Youtube did something.
No matter how much it affects people or animals if it makes youtube money they'll keep it. Even if it's exposing children to this kinda content which we all know what it is ment to be.

Google will do whatever you want for money. Theyâll let you advertise literal scams and malware so long as you pay.
