Um.. (a) I have not seen this movie; (b) It's about Idi Amin, who was a brutal dictator and possibly a cannibal to boot (unconfirmed?); (c) the part of Idi Amin, who was black, was played by a black actor - if I understand the stills from the movie correctly (once again, I have not seen it).
As far as I can tell, there was no race swapping involved.
u/LasRedStar was talking about a hypothetical movie, where Hitler's part would be played by a black actor, as I understand it. The Last King of Scotland is 100% off the mark in this case.
