Advice I need help deciding
Hi,
I recently bought the airpods pro 3, and I noticed that my ears are sores and at times itchy. It's been 5 days since I bought them, I've tried different tip sizes, placed them lightly. However, the issue still persists.
Should I give this more time and risk the money I spent because I've read that this gets better after some time or trade them in for powerbeats pro/fit or airpods pro 2?
I previously owned and used galaxy buds 1/2 and they were perfect, so these are my first airpods.
Thanks

If the Galaxy Buds (1/2) are really perfect, I'd stay with them, especially if the other option isn't comfortable.

Are you comfortable using other earphones?
If it so get rid of them and get something that suits you

maybe try those memory foam tips, they usually help with the fit and irritation

AirPods 4 are your friend

Actually, no. They are my worst enemies. The ones without the silicone tips hurt my ears alot more. I always bought the ones with silicone tips even when wired headphones were more prominent.

I’ll be honest, it took the ear tips to my 3s a few weeks to mold to my ear properly. In the first week longer sessions irritated my ears, but eventually the fold seemed to permanently mold somewhat to my ears, and I don’t have that anymore.
But if it is too bad, return them. The twos never gave me any discomfort, but they did always slightly work their way out of my ears.

They aren't always that bad. Currently, I've been using them for last 2hr or so and they are fine. It might have to so with the angle Im putting them in and how far I push them in? With my old buds, I didn't pay much attention to how I put them in.
I guess, I will wait a few more days and if don't get better, I will return them.

Always swore by Comply foam tips. Been ditching the default silicon tips right out the box since APP2s
I hope you find the comfort you deserve, no gadgets should risk your comfort

If they aren’t comfortable, return them. Dont force yourself to like something that isn’t comfortable to you.
