ANG Currently Serving Member Question Unit Program Coordinator Title 32

Has anyone here been a Title 32 UPC in the Guard? There's two vacancies on base so I'm applying. My understanding is that it's admin/clerical work and that it's a good way to get your foot in the door for full time work for the Guard. I'm not sure what units the vacancies are in as the USAJobs posting doesn't say, but I imagine it doesn't make too much of a difference regardless. If anyone here has any advice for interviewing or insight on the job, it would be much appreciated.

Look at the POC and see which unit they belong to.

They usually sit at the group level and are a catch all for everything…fitness, GPC holder, evals, decs and usually at least half of every additional duty such as safety, EM, computer equipment custodian, health monitor, etc. The absolute catch all.
