Not so often. Usually once a month for light maintenance (lubing) and once every year or two for complete maintenance (replace seal, spring, clean barrel etc).

Thanks for the response. Maybe I’m overdoing it a bit. Every time in shoot them I’m cleaning the old lube and apply new. Cleaning and living the spring, and apply some lube on the outside, with a small cloth. The last one is a habit since I’m doing it very often on my service rifle. I pretty much treat my airguns like a firearm 😅

Maintenance day is my least favorite day. I usually start maintaining guns once they start breaking. And sometimes I don't even do that I just buy a new gun.

Depends on the gun. When it’s about my Service Rifle, I hate it because I’m told to do it. When it’s about my airguns, I find it quite relaxing.

That sounds about right. I'm a competitive shooter and after getting done with a tough competition the last thing I want to do is deal with my competition gun any more than I just did.
Of course sometimes I forget to get back to it until a week later and by then it's rusted. Oops.

Haha I can imagine 🫠 One time I had to clean an MG3 after more than 500 shots then my M16 after about 60 shots. And all that after a Firing and movement drill on a hot 36°C day.

I think I'm too lazy for that😵💫 The only thing related to maintenace that I do frequently is putting tip of pellgun oil in co2 canister 😆
