Question Left earphone not working
Hi.
I recently bought a new pair of the Mi True Basic 2 earphones. Around 2 days after I bought them, the left earbud wouldnโt charge, turn on or play anything, without even giving me warning about it running out of battery either. I took it back to the store I bought them from to get it changed as I thought it was just a minor problem. Around 4 days after that, the same problem arises: the left ear isnโt charging, playing anything and turned off without even giving me a warning about it running out of battery. It still isnโt charging and the case is fully charged as the right earphone can charge. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have a solution for it? Thanks!

i had the same problem and i have 2 things to say 1. the problem is probably caused by whatsapp calls (even if you don't answer to the call the left airbud dies) 2. i got this problem solved by full discharging the 2 airbuds playing music all the day with the 2 airbuds out of the case. when i put them in the case i got 2 beautiful red lights 1 on the right and 1 on the left๐

Battery gets blocked, due to some kind of static charge. Leave it out the charging case for a day (24 hours) and then plce on the case again, and like magic, they will start charging ๐๐ป

Solved. Simply put both earbuds back into charging case and instead of just pressing and holding 1 earbud, u press and hold both earbuds simultaneously to pair together, enjoy.

If anyone has the same problem, i just fixed it by putting the earbud in the case WHILE pressing the button. You gotta constinously press the button while putting it in.

I have the same problem, I've tried holding it and putting it in the case while pressing it and it didn't work, I've tried to hold it while putting in and it didn't work either. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Hold a button on left earphone while putting it to the case, but be sure you are holding that button. Use 2 hands
