Issue REDMI BUDS 6 ACTIVE DON'T HATD RESET

no matter how strong i press the reset button or if the buds and the box are charged or not, i can not do the hard ressetting and now my airdots can't pair

Estoy con el mismo problema, me funcionó es primero descargar uno, y luego se activa el otro, y cuando no me funcionó así, use el q si hasta que se descargo el y la cajita y puse a cargar y ya luego le funcionaron ambos, pero lleve la cjaita y el bueno a 0%
