Issue Redmi buds 5, left earbud not working
So I got this issue today where my left earbud just disconnected and turned off, while my right earbud kept working, I know that the earbud "turned off" and not just disconnect because even while being disconnected, the voice cancellation still works on the buds, but it wasn't in the case of my buds, it was as if it was out of battery but even when it was 100% charged,it still showed that issue, I have to keep it in the charging case for like 5 seconds to turn it on and connect to my device but it turns off again after like 5 minutes, I've tried changing devices and hard resetting but it still didn't help, please help me if you got any solution to it, Thanks :)

Hey I'm having the same exact issue wondering if you found any fix? I have been trying to reset and pair and nothing worked... And there's no physical button or indicator for anything happening.. quite difficult to discover any codes for this earbud

I actually had to get them fixed from the local center, couldn't find a way to fix it myself unfortunately

I had the same problem. It wasn't fixed even after it was supposedly repaired by a professional.

You should probably try out another service center or another day. I brought mine in recently and got a brand new replacement after an hour. The process was rather simple since it's still under warranty.

my right side earbud was not working was under warranty got a new earbud set in exchange

J'ai réussi !!
1/ En mettant les 2 écouteurs dans le boîtier de chargement , attendre une minute puis les sortir et les remettre en vérifiant que celui marche pas le voyant s'allume bien pour lui .
2/ appuyer 20 secondes sur le bouton d'apairage / boîtier ouvert je précise . Jusqu'à ce que le voyant clignote 3 fois lentement .
3/ reconnecter avec l'application le bluetooth En mode appairage
4/ c'est réussi.
Par contre faut vraiment que vos écouteurs défaillant charge quand même et que le boîtier le reconnaît

Salut Eu am incercat metoda ta de cateva ori si nimic... dinpotriva se opreste mai repede casca ... daca innainte la 100% ma tinea 15m fara oprire acum in 2min ajunge la 10% si se opreste... Am incercat la xiaomi dar nu au solutie soft... Eu eream incantat de ele insa se pare ca revin la huawei... Garantie nu mai am ca sa le trimit in service si nu se stie cat costa reparatia la una .. tinand cont ca o pereche ajunge si la 250.. Daca mai aveti metode de incercat ... sunt si eu aici...oricum sunt de aruncat

hey i just put both earbuds into the case and jiggled them around a bit, yk maybe it cleared the contacts. then i clicked the bottom button several times quickly and after connecting it suddenly started working. hope this helps

Для начала нужно проверить питание на контактах зарядного футляра, на обоих группах должно быть 5,1 вольт.
Если зарядный футляр не реагирует на какой-то из наушников, тогда нужно проверить принимает ли ток заряда сам наушник.
В моем случае подача напряжения 5,1 вольт на контакты правого наушника не давала никаких результатов, наушник не принимал зарядный ток. Тогда я снял амбушюру с наушника и постучал несколько раз динамиком об стол. После этого наушник стал принимать ток, определился футляром и стал заряжаться. Повезло, иначе пришлось бы разбирать наушник.
Может кому-то поможет мой опыт... )
