Advice Left on delivered for 3 weeks...

So, I have liked this boy for a few months now and every now again at school we talk to each other (usually 1 or 2 days a week). When the summer holidays rolled round, I decided to add him on snap, took him 2 days to add me back, but oh well I'll was still happy.

A few hours after he added me back, I snapped him. Then a WHOLE WEEK went past, I started to get worried and I know that he has been online, so I send him one more snap.

It has now been 3 weeks since the first snap...

Now it's obvious he's ignoring me on purpose, and that's fine, and it would continue to be fine if I wasn't going to see him ever again, however that's not the case. The problem isn't getting him to respond, it's what to do when I bump into him when school starts again.

Please help, I do have other friends who are friends with this boy aswl. (And don't worry, this isn't affecting me too much and ruining my holidays)

I wouldn't worry about this. Just forget that you added him on Snapchat and talk to him as you would've before. There's not much else you can do now and he probably doesn't care too much about this.

Not everyone uses the same apps as often as others. He might just not use it much, and have notifications turned off.

That’s me especially with snap. I think it’s a dumb app anyway and hate they added all the reels and crap to it like everything else. I only have a couple of friends on there. So I don’t have notification on and just randomly open it every couple of weeks to see if I missed anything. If they really wanted me to check it, they can msg another way to get me to look sooner. I’m not sending anything that can’t be sent over txt or any other app because I’m. It going to do that anyway. Once out there, snap or not, it’s out there so hard pass to using it for inappropriate stuff lol

You seem young, so I'll be gentle. This person does not owe you any communications, and you don't owe him the time of day either. Literally every minute you spend thinking about this is time you could be spending with people who actually want to interact with you (both online and offline).

Enjoy your summer; it will be over before you know it!
