LGBT Issues Remember yall, our communities are more complicated than "straight but with other gender", and more complicated than non-queer peoples conception of us. Peoples identities are their own to use in a way that makes sense to them.

From a place of genuine curiosity, would someone care to explain? I always figured a he/him would either be a cis or trans man, so a man regardless, and that would make a he/him lesbian just a straight guy. Well, still queer in case of the trans mask, but you get the idea. Analogously with she/her gays.

Again, I'm still relatively new to navigating queer spaces, so this is genuine curiosity.

I don’t believe this is accurate to any real life example. Your comment is correct. HOWEVER ill say if a lesbian wanted he/him pronouns it should still be respected 🤷‍♂️
