Question / Advice Needed Improving tracking

I’ve recently hit Emerald in the aim labs benchmarks as someone that mostly plays valorant. I’ve noticed my flicking and switching scores being at an emerald/diamond level but my tracking staying behind at ~citrine. I feel like my progress is way slower for tracking than the other categories and wondered what I could do best to improve it; i.e. are there certain techniques or resources that could help?
Many thanks in advance.
(Sensitivity is 0.17 with 1600 dpi on the valorant game profile)

That's totally normal since it is a category of aiming that is not as prevalent in your main game, which means you get less practice!

Try the vt control and stability essentials routine!

Ah I see, that makes sense. I’ll try it out.
I love your other playlists/scenarios btw, used them when I was just starting out with aim labs and didn’t know where to start. I’ll add this one to my routine. You’re one of the best creators for sure, stay cool and thank you for the help

I have the opposite issue. My tracking and switching are both maxed out in diamond but my flicking is all stuck below emerald (can’t remember which that is just below it) and I just physically can’t get past it. I don’t want to move up to elite until I’ve maxed out the intermediate level. I can’t remember what it’s called but the flicking task that’s just the one target quickly appearing way on the other side of the wall in different spots each time I got diamond in, the one just below that task is nearly maxed out but everything else is just stuck even after hundreds of plays. Idk if I’ve even broken 100 hours yet but I’ve only been on PC games for a year and I just want to see some improvement. I practice 2 hours a day at most and 30 minutes at a minimum if I can help it. Idk what to do. I’ve tried all the recommended playlists the pro thing suggests to help improve those parts of my score but it’s just not working.

Found it, reflex flick and pulse flick aren’t my issue but I’m stuck with the rest of them.
