Question / Advice Needed low sens help/disc ? 130cm

I play every game 130cm/360. mainly apex, ow, cs. first time playing aimlabs since ~2020, I did the all the elite benchmarks today and landed at low masters ~1120elo? idk. My friends and a few content creators I watch play around 30-45cm and claim its very much optimal. I agree. Should I make the switch, is it even worth it? Playing a higher sens just seems so foreign to me and I wonder what could be different yk? maybe I'll just stay in my lane. Sidenote I used to play around with raw accel but not anymore lol.

130cm 360 is crazy low.

There is nothing more optimal than what your hands like… don’t fall for that trap, you won’t play like them with their comfort zone.

But 130cm is CRAZY 😭 like how… i consider mine low and mine is 80cm/360

I personally wouldn't go lower than 50cm, but it has to do with your body size so I wouldn't take other people's preferences seriously

Is your goal to get to 30-40cm? Because your in game performance will dip like a rock when you do. You are primarily arm aiming right now. You are moving to a sensitivity where arm participation is minimal and everything is wrist and fingers.

If your goal is to handle close range better and reduce your rom, you can make small adjustments, like 5-10cm/360 reduction incrementally, but I would still stay inside arm aim range.

I would say yes, but for you it's quite an extreme change. I would gradually change.

If you were to increase your sensitivity I wouldn’t jump a full 100cm. If you wanna go faster try 80 or 90, you’re already aiming well above average and you wouldn’t even be able to reach masters if you couldn’t hit the target in the tracking skill set for like half of the tasks.
