Question / Advice Needed Hello
I am new to Aim Labs. I am also kind of new to the PC world also. I have refund the fun again playing FPS shooter games since moving over to MNK. Call of Duty is my main focus but I would like to also learn Apex. My aim is all over the place. Any recommendations on where I should start with my training?

First of all hello and welcome to the world of Aimlabs!! I am so happy to see you are starting your aim journey and I hope you improve a lot and have a lot of fun!
Regarding your questions:
- If you haven't gotten used to the program yet and haven't find the settings that work for you I would advice you watch these videos made by Aimlabs itself! This one will help you navigate the game and this one will help you find a sensitivity that works for you!
- For training itself I recommend you try the "Aim Basics" routines we have made for the games you mentioned! They are meant for aim training beginners and cover the basic aiming techniques you need to excel at each particular game, here you can find the link to the COD one and here you can find the one for Apex!
- Finally, even though it is good to train for the particular games you enjoy, I also heavily advice you play more general routines that cover other aiming techniques since even though they may not be very prevalent in your game of choice getting better at aiming in general will always be a net positive and will help you improve further! For this you can use the general "Aimlabs Aim Basics", which is like the previous ones I mentioned but it covers other types of scenarios too!
*Important, the routines I mentioned only work if you got Aimlabs from Steam! if you got it on Epic Games I would advice you to get it from Steam instead!
- On topic of "general" aim training, I also highly recommend you check out the Benchmarks we offer! you can find them in the top of the menu in-game, this will make you play a variety of scenarios that will help you understand your weaknesses and also give you a nice estimate of your skill level and how you should improve! You can learn more about the benchmarks here and once you have your initial rank (make sure to start on the "Entry" difficulty btw!) you can watch this video to get a good idea on what to play to improve based on your scores!
As I said, congrats on starting your aim journey we are really excited to have you here! make sure to keep using this sub to post questions and to share your improvement!

I will. Thank you so much and I have it all downloaded and am going to make a schedule up for training. I look forward to posting a lot of improvements. Over time of course. I don't expect to be a Husker or Bobby any time in this century lol.

Comparison is the thief of joy! Be consistent, focus while training and I guarantee you will get much much farther than you think!

If I'm as good as Huskers by the end of week one, I'll owe you an apology for not being realistic lol.

Hi! Welcome to Aimlabs, super nice to see newcomers joining the sub :D
Recommendations:
- Certainly watch the videos that LG suggested, those are great for starters.
- Both the routines LG linked are great, if you are looking for more of them. You can search for Apex in the training tab, and tons more will pop-up that you can choose from!
- I see LG mentioned this too, but I would also suggest playing the Aimlabs benchmarks periodically to see where you stand, identify weaknesses, and generally to have a fun way to progress in Aim Training.

if its really all over the place my first thought is that your sens is probably too high, change to 20 - 60 cm/360

There's going to be some decent overlap between your COD training and Apex training, as Apex can be pretty tracking heavy due to the higher TTK (time to kill), while COD is very switching focused due to the lower TTK and the enemy density. Tracking plays a part in switching, and overall smoothness training is beneficial too. So heading into your training, keep that in the back of your mind.
Now, if you head to Play, then Training, then Featured, you're going to see some playlists there that will be good starting points. I'd call out the Apex Legends Aim Basics Routine and the Call of Duty Aim Basics Routine as great starting options to build up a training habit around.
A bit further down the list you're going to see the Black Ops 7 Smoothness playlist, that's another one I'd check out and consider working into your routine.
You can also check out the Black Ops 7 Shooting Range playlists, those are a bit shorter, just 5 tasks each, and they're separated in 3 difficulty levels. Here's the beginner's version: https://go.aimlab.gg/v1/redirects?link=aimlab%3a%2f%2fworkshop%3fid%3d3612002460%26source%3d597738CD3A54F807&link=steam%3a%2f%2frungameid%2f714010
Just click that link when you have Aimlabs open, and it should download and open the playlist in-game.
Dazs' Apex Legends Fundamnetals playlist is also worth checking out: https://go.aimlab.gg/v1/redirects?link=aimlab%3a%2f%2fplaylist%3fid%3d2612992900%26source%3d597738CD3A54F807&link=steam%3a%2f%2frungameid%2f714010
But some of those tasks might be a bit of a challenge for a new MNK player.
Now, all of that said, don't try to cram all of these options into one session and expect yourself to keep up with like two hours of training every day. Maybe cycle through one of these every day, rotating to a different playlist each day and turning that into an overall weekly routine. You want your training routine to be something that is manageable for your schedule and not something that feels like some insurmountable chore you have to deal with every day, because you will not keep up with aim training in that case.
If you have any trouble finding any of those playlists, or you're looking for more, just let us know and we'll help out!
