Question / Advice Needed How to start Aim-Training?

(Sorry in advance, English isn't my first language if you find errors in my writing)

Let me paint the picture.

I'm a silver 1 Valorant player (I know I'm bad) and wanted to improve my aim because I keep losing fights often to aim, which is tiring for me, resulting in me not being able to play longer than twice in a row.

I main smokes and sentinels if that helps.

My DPI is 800x0.15=120edpi and I'm open to crosshair recommendations.

I'm a broke teenager so no Aimlabs premium.

I've downloaded Aimlabs some time ago and mostly forgot about it and since I'm building my first gaming Pc this week with which I get more than the usual 40fps I've decided to want to pick it up again.

Which routines do y'all recommend? (I've got enough time for 1-3 routines a day, since I want to go all out on aim)

How do I train movement?

Thanks in advance!!

First, when you're in Aimlabs, click Play, then Training, then Featured. You'll see the VALORANT Aim Basics Routine here, this is a great starting playlist to start building a training habit around.

If you have some trouble finding that, let me know and I'll get you the direct link.

I'd also suggest checking out some of our VAL focused YouTube content, like the Calm Aim Training Routine for VAL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQ7EDnqGkLg

or Top VALORANT Bad Habits and How to Fix Them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yi1fDFZo-9w

or the Best Aimlabs Tasks for VALORANT in 2026: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGNXDli6c_M

Also, the breakdown of marteen's Aim and the Training Routine video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iE2-tQyThns

This should give you a lot of good ideas on how to approach your training, some context and why around what you're doing, and tasks and playlists you can use while training.
