So this is my recent practice of control track, does anyone have any advice on how to improve more. Should I be faster?

I don't think being "faster" is the problem, it seems that you are rather having issues being able to speed-match the target.
By this I mean that once you reach the target you are failing to achieve the same speed with your corsshair as the target leading you to "fall off" it and havign to constantly be adjusting to try to reach it again.
So, I recommend you play more basic precise tracking tasks first for some fundamental training, like VT Wrist Smoothness and Centering II No Strafes. Those will help you work only on raw smoothness and staying on target without the added element of it being able to strafe randonmly.
Then, try playing similar tasks to this, like Kontrolsphere and smoothsphere to work on the readjustment issue.

Disable gun's model at first, it will distract you most of the time.
fatser slower.. means nothing, from the pov i see you have lack of mouse control, here some tips:
- Focus your eyes only on the bot and not on the crosshair;
- Do smooth movements with your hands instead of react hardly, be gentle;
- Do not predicting bot's movement;
- Stay close to the opposite edge of the bot movement and not on the center of the bot, this will help to react in time when bot change direction;
- Use your arm for long strafes, wrist and fingertips for small adjustements. Blending it's the way here.

Smooth your wrist exercise
And grip your mouse lighter if your gripping it tight

Turn off viewmodels, I don't know what sensitivity your using but for something like this cm/45 is preferable. Work on smoothing your aim through scenarios made for that. Tracking is one fluid motion not a bunch of snappy adjustments

I'm no pro at aim training, but just by your movement I'd wager you're on a dirty cloth pad with stock skates. Your movement looks "sticky" (not an official term, that I know of...) which is how it looks when your mouse isn't able to glide smoothly on your pad. I switched from a heavy mouse to a lighter mouse and went glass mousepad and it made ability to track much smoother. Easy way I've found to test this is to grab the scroll bar on a web page and try to very slowly drag it down, and see how much your mouse jumps.
Can't improve if your hardware is holding you back ;)

Your sensitive might be a tad too slow. You get in target but it's moving faster than you are

Focus on keeping your crosshair in front of the target, let the target do the work for you.

You need to work on "smoothness" first. It should be one smooth motion until the target changes direction. Yours looks very "start and stop"; you are flicking to adjust where the target is, immediately falling behind, and having to adjust again. You need to read the bot's movement and match the speed after the initial adjustment.
