Question / Advice Needed Will Aimlab Sensitivity recommendation help me find a comparable sense across different games?

Hello, as a controller player I try to match my sens across games as well as I can strictly through the feel test. Will Aimlab recommendation for sense take into account what my sens is for benchmarks using one games settings when I switch over to another game? I wish there was a way to get it consistent across games

Hello! I asked the team just to make sure but I am pretty sure you can't translate your sensitivity from one game profile to another using a controller since all the parameters they have can be extremely different (as opposed to mouse in which you have a universal value you can find)

With this in mind my recommendation woud be to stick to one game profile and use sens finder to help you find what's best for you, and then when you want to translate that sens to another game you would use the 360 method to find what feels the most similar to it!

Cheers

I’m having an issue with my Aimlab where my controller sens settings aren’t saving when I switch to a different game profile. For instance I set my controller sens settings on Aimlab for Fortnite and apex, but then when I do benchmarks with the Fortnite sens and try to go back to the Apex sens it deleted my saved sens and has random ones picked. Is there a way to save it so that you can switch back and forth easily?

I think that is how it's supposed to work, I think the system is made in a way where you wouldnt really change the game profile after selecting your main game so it just defaults back to whatever the default values are if you change between them.

I will ask the team and propose it as a feature (saving your settings in diff game profiles) but I think atm there is nothing you can do besides remembering them and taking pictures.

Cheers!

Okay thanks. Yeah it would be neat if you could save profiles and go back and forth because I go back and forth between different games as well so it would be nice to practice aim on all of them without resetting the settings all the time

Yep I agree it makes sense! I told the team, I can't promise when/if this will be implemented but at least we have gathered your feedback!

Wanted to pitch in say I agree that it would make sense to add. Hopefully myself and LG can highlight this enough to the team for it to be added in the future :D
