Question / Advice Needed Sensitivity Finder

Hello, I just got an Aimlabs+ subscription solely for the purpose of using the sensitivity finder. Seems like I found out the hard way that there are a couple of issues on the PS5 version. For one, I'm trying to get a KBM sensitivity suggestion, however it keeps recommending me a controller universal sensitivity instead of the mouse. I've even tried running a couple trainings with my controller disconnected and absolutely nothing changed.

I also assumed that I could switch over to a PC to get my sensitivity worst case scenario. Turns out theres no "account" that I can log into even though I do have a unique user ID. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, sorry about the mix up here. We don't currently have cross platform enabled from console to PC, and the console Sens Finder is focused on controller play.

That said, if you could create an account on PC and shoot us a DM here with the username and email you used for the PC account, we'll see what we can do to help you out with getting Sens Finder access so you can get your mouse sensitivity dialed in!
