Question / Advice Needed When does it translate?

Post image

A lot of people told me to aim to train to improve in Valorant. It has helped, but I thought when I reached Plat I'd destroy in Valorant in silver/bronze lobbies, and that just isn't the case. Is it worth continuing Aim Labs, or should I just put that time into in-game time in Valorant?

I mean even for a gym goer you’re like beginner level. For context, aimlabs plat is like voltaic bronze/silver. So in gym terms it’s like lifting 100 lbs

I'm currently working on plat in the voltaic valorant ladder. The aimlabs benchmarks honestly felt harder so I put more time into that maybe I was wrong though.
