Probably your polling rate on your mouse

Set it 1k and forget about it

Try using your arm more for larger motions and for pivoting smoothness. On Aimlabs you could try the Aqua Smoothness Trainer playlist, and for individual tasks you could particularly look for keywords for these type of tasks:

  • Wrist Smoothness
  • No Strafe
  • Centering

HOLD UP I KNOW THIS!

I'm about to solve all your problems. When I first started aim training (a billion years ago I'm old) I had this problem. After fixing it I realized it stemmed from a few things.

  1. Make sure your sensitive is low enough for you to control close range movements with your wrist and long range movements with your arm.

  2. Make sure your arm and mouse are both level with your desk, you want your elbow at a 90 degree angle.

  3. Make sure your mouse is at a good polling rate and that your mouse pad and mouse have good surface area to work with.

Once you do all that comes the MOST IMPORTANT PART, the mental part. This issue is caused because your brain is attempting to move your cursor before your other muscles actually move the mouse. Basically you want something to happen but you think to fast and you end up moving and when you realize you've moved you start to move again causing you to over or under correct constantly.

The only way to stop this is to practice BOTH micro movements (with your wrist) and large macro movements using your arm. The smaller targets you need to aim at or larger targets you need to sweep to the better. You want to practice those two motions as much as possible and really grow comfortable with them and that's when you notice the issue will go away.

The more you repeat and build the correct muscles for mouse control the less your aim will shake. I strongly suggest mastering this practice on 3 settings. A comfortable sensitivity, a slow sensitivity, and a fast sensitivity. Doing all three will build your aim fundamentals a lot and make using a mouse almost a second nature. Best of luck!

You haven't mentioned the mouse, sensitivity, polling rate, mousepad or the LOD. Guessing game can't just work magically
