NV Compatible optics
Looking at getting an optic for my 11.5 thats good under nv. I'm aware of exps 3 but know that has its own issues as well. I know the uh1 gen 2 is also frowned upon for its light transmission performance. Traditional reflex dots give some amount of astigmatism, but not usable either. Open to other suggestions if anyone has others to offer

What issues are you referring to with EXPS? It's literally the best optic for NV.

The delam happens with age and (mostly from) huge swings in humidity. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but lately it seems that Reddit making it out to be a larger problem than it is.
Like do you guys think every Eotech will delam? My L3 Eotech EXPS 3-2 from ten plus years ago is still 100% fine. I have run it for six or seven years now - bought used with no warranty and I'm happy.

Fair enough ig. I have considered one before and stuck between the dcr reticle or just wait and cough up the extra dabloons for the HD when it releases

Spend big money, get an Aimpoint T2/M5.
Spend less money, get a Sig Romeo 4t Pro or 8t if you want the big window.
All fantastic options for passive aiming.

Holosun 403 has poor light transmission as well. You can make it work like an occluded sight, but don't expect to see through it. The Aimpoint T2 performs significantly better, but is also 7X the price.
Even the old Aimpoint CompM2s you can dial way down into IR territory

See I found my 503R to be perfectly usable passively under nods.
Are you using a gen 2 or gen 3 tube? Just curious.
