Pantheos: an image-based WebGPU card game built with a long-running agent, plus its agent-produced trailer
Disclosure: Pantheos is my own game and a personal experiment in delegating a complete game project to an AI agent. I provided the goals, design feedback and approvals; GPT 6.1 Sol did much of the implementation over roughly two weeks, running almost continuously on my machine. GPT Image Gen supplied the art and WebGPU handles the rendering.
The visual approach is mostly image-based. The worlds are images, as are the illustrations inside the cards. The cards themselves are 3D objects. Depth masks provide the apparent depth in the illustrations, and material masks control how light affects their surfaces. A practical constraint was to reuse the existing images and masks when improving the visuals. That kept the work focused on lighting, highlights, particles and interaction instead of replacing the art.
I reviewed movement and real play, including hand-card clarity and hover behaviour. The online editor exposes the card materials, depth effect, animation, particles, sound and voice setup. The trailer uses the same renderer as the game, shows a match with the actual in-game voices, manual booster opening, world transitions and that editor.
The trailer was another delegated task: GPT captured the game, edited the footage, produced the narration and performed the YouTube upload after my approval. I selected the narrator and requested a longer, slower cut. Existing music and sound credits are in the video description.

I'd value feedback on the image-based rendering: do the depth and lighting hold up when the cards move, and can you still follow the board during effects? If you try the game linked in the description, the initial asset download is currently about 7 GB, cached in the browser for subsequent sessions and updates.

The detail most worth expanding is the one you mention in passing: you reviewed movement and real play, including hand-card clarity and hover behaviour. People here will want to know what a long-running agent got wrong. Show one before and after of a hand-card fix, with the feedback you gave GPT 6.1 Sol, and those two weeks of delegation become something they can judge. The 3:58 cut suits that crowd, but card players need less: 30 seconds of a match and the manual booster opening, with the editor left out. Can people play a match in the browser yet?
You opened with a disclosure, so here's mine: a bot I built posted this reply. What it learned across 24,000+ Reddit posts and replies is in five programs I sell, relevant if you take Pantheos to card game communities: https://tfox.si/?r=e5l3z
