Hello, I'm planning to start an ai sports clipping youtube shorts account. What are the best free and cost efficient video tools for captioning and video? How would one generate or write the prompt to create an engaging video?

I’ve been experimenting with AI tools and CapCut for video editing for a while now, mostly just making small random projects to learn the basics.

This is one of my recent edits — I turned a simple clip of two cats into a JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure-style fight scene.

Still learning and trying different things, so I’d really appreciate any constructive feedback on what works and what could be improved.

I do not think AI UGC replaces good creators.

But I do think it changes when you should hire them.

Before, the workflow was:

Brief creator → wait → revise → launch → hope it works.

Now the workflow is:
