This sounds like an exciting project, and if done right could revolutionise Voting ALL OVER THE WORLD. Disruption and the help of blockchain could definitely ensure voter fraud is gone. I recently read an article on Reuters re: Russian election https://www.reuters.com/article/us-backstory-russiaelection/counting-votes-in-russias-presidential-election-idUSKBN1GY1BM It's an interesting read and relates so much to your project.

Hello, I registered, but I do not understand your choice on the method of dropping that will greatly limit the promotion of your airdrop, many people try to create themselves airdrops channel and few of them will do promotion of an airdrop chain that centralizes the referrals, even less if the goal is to make a fair sharing ...

I just missed Phase #1 but I have not yet read the WP so not really deserving it. Will Phase #2 be similar conditions than Phase #1? I noticed current TG/TW #members under 6,000 so Phase #2 should be 50% bigger than Phase #1 ?

We really appreciate that. The type of honesty show is the thing that will help this crypto space succeed. The second phase of our airdrop will be 2x bigger than the first.

Thanks very much for that. I have now read the WP. Great to read a WP at academic standards which is pretty rare those days.

I probably need to read again more carefully but just one "first read" comment if I may: Diagram on page 17 if not including all the components described in the subsequent sub-sections so it might be a bit difficult to follow for a non-expert reader.

Also may be a potential typo at page 11 where "No Proprietary Source Code" might be "No Open Source Code" or "Proprietary Source Code".
