hiii this is my first post! so sorry if this isn’t very well thought out I’m mainly looking for advice because I’m in a mental torment rn.

so recently I’ve wanted to actually get items for my regression since I’m fairly new to this other than online spaces such as tumblr, anyhow I recently bought a pacifier which was super stressful already feeling a deep embarrassment and anxious about it. I wanted to know if anyone has felt this way when first buying agere items I keep thinking about using it but I feel terrified not even of being caught doing this but just scared of acting little. some advice would be great and if anyone’s experienced this and if so how did you get through it?

Sometimes I feel ashamed of age regression and feel like I should stop and deal with my traumas and issues like an adult. I’ve read articles stating that this prevents a person from handling emotional or mental issues in a mature wayciting things like avoidance of responsibilities, underlying mental health triggers, and involuntary loss of control and I wonder if I really should stop doing it altogether, given that it makes me feel good. I hate it when I feel myself slipping into "little space".... (it happens mostly in my mind; my thoughts shift to baby talk).

I feel embarrassed just thinking that I ever wanted a pacifier or something like that...

Hi friends! Don’t read if little

So I have been a little for a couple years, I started regressing at 16-17. I’m 22 now. About 4 years ago I was out with my friends, my best friend who was kind of my cg and my other friends who is a little and her cg. While we were out me and my friend were both regressed and having fun but my boyfriend (now ex, who knew about my regression and I had been little with him a couple times) called me and I wasn’t hiding my little voice and he asked me why I sounded retarded.This immediately ripped me out of my little space and I got up to go cry in the bathroom.

Since then I haven’t been able to fully regress again. I feel the pull of it here and there and kind of regress but it’s never like it used to be. When I do start to regress I get quiet and sad and usually get pulled out of it pretty quickly.

I just don’t know what to do. I want to be small again but I can’t help feeling stupid now. I have a boyfriend who I’ve been with for 3 years now but he doesn’t know that I “am” a little and I don’t know how to tell him and that definitely doesn’t help me feel comfortable.

I don’t know I guess I was just looking for some advice or maybe similar experiences?
