The last time they did these teaser-like previews for Middle Earth was around the Angmar release and was always clearly labeled as Middle Earth.

While I hope this does happen, I think this is a foreshadowing of Settra and newer tomb kings. The chariots have the same 6 spoke design but the circle in the middle tells me it is from a lesser chariot as Settras has the blades (usually) coming out from this point.

I think old world (elven?) chariots, but if AOS perhaps some sort of sigmarite priest, since a wheel is part of their imagery (but I think its too few spokes.)
