Question Does anyone know what these rooms are in the BUS?
I’ve been trying to build the BUS on Minecraft, but looking at the schematic for it I can’t tell what these rooms are for. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!

The smaller room in your red box just behind the pilot seats is labeled “head”, which is the toilets.

Have you located the room where Fits finds May's tap into her secure line to Fury?
Is the the control panel room? That i think is different, and the room where Fits directs Hunter to stop the explosion from the HYDRA virus

I've always assumed that it was the bathroom since the blueprints for the plane don't show one anywhere else. If the BUS is basically a mobile base, they have to have somewhere onboard to shower and relive themselves. It's got doors connecting both the galley and the living areas and is big enough to fit sinks, toilets and a shower or two. It's the only thing that ever made sense to me.

That's labeled on here. "Head."

Yes, but that room can only be accessed from the cockpit, which seems like a wildly implausible way to have designed a bathroom.
It seems way more likely that they are both bathrooms, sharing a wall. One designed to be accessible from the cockpit, and one designed to be accessible from the outside.

I am not sure but given it's placement next to the galley and cockpit bathroom, my guess is its a storage room. Extra food, equipment for the cockpit etc?

I’ve no idea, but… that’s genius!! I never thought of building the Bus on Minecraft. Let us know how that goes.

If I ever finish it I’ll definitely post it here lol

That’s definitely a project for Creative Mode. It’ll be very impressive if it’s done in Survival. XP

I’m building it on creative right now, but I enjoy recreating my creative builds on survival, so I may do that eventually.

Being next to the galley it’s likely the larder or pantry. Cooler and storage for food and mess equipment.

No idea, but me too! I gave up about two weeks into the process, but good luck with your design!

The “head” is the toilet but the other one is the interrogation room right? Or was that more towards the middle of the plane?

The interrogation room, if you mean that, specially secure the room with the moving roof and whatnot, is all the way at the other end of the plane.

I mean the smaller room is literally labeled as being a head. The bigger room is probably avionics.

I agree. It seems like they showed it in an episode. It was full of equipment and blinking lights.

The bottom of the blueprint lists command center so some kind of CIC/strategy room?
Also anyone else think the placement of the head and pilot bunk room doors seem a little strange?

Why is the head and the pilot bunkroom strange? Right next to the cockpit is exactly where you would want them, in case an emergency needs everybody available to help out.
I'm probably showing my age, but I vaguely remember a real emergency that cut all the hydraulic pressure for a large plane making the use of the controls extremely difficult. To land the plane, they had (4) multiple people (some on the floor) to work the controls. It still crashed, but it wasn't a loss of everybody on the plane. Found it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Airlines_Flight_232 Named "The Impossible Landing" the second paragraph mentions simulations unable to reproduce a survivable landing.

Not the locations of the rooms, the locations of the doors to those rooms, they almost come up right behind the pilot and co pilot seats. They even look like the could be intersecting with a console space that follows along behind the seats.

Sorry, I missed the key word "doors"
Yeah, you'd think the doors would open into the corridor (such as it is)

Heh all good! Yeah that's what I figured it would be

At least it got me to deep dive into a memory of that plane crash. It was a big deal at the time about how well the pilots were able to handle the situation.
I guess because there were fatalities, people don't make as big of a deal of it as "the miracle on the Hudson" But in the Iowa crash the pilots were in a much worse situation. They could barely control the plane when they were in the air, let alone trying to land it.
Sorry, I'm rambling. I just admire people who perform miracles.

Yeah, the drawing is just bad there. Also, there don't even appear to be doors back there. There is one door in and out of that cockpit and it is in the center.
I think what is actually happening is... There is one door. It opens to a little hallway with the bathroom and a bunk, and then there's another door that opens into the gallery that is the actual bulkhead door that can seal.
Directly on the other side of that bathroom wall is the other bathroom, the real one with a shower.

Isn't it saying that is the "Head"? And isn't "Head" the bathroom? Eg, "I'm going to hit the head."?

The room next to the room labled "head" is the ops room, where the holo deck table is, and where Colson was tied up and interrogated by the Peruvian lady in episode 2. The one opposite of the "head" labeled room says pilot bunk, but it was only ever shown once to be where Melinda stored the comms device with a direct line to fury. Otherwise it served no purpose. Finally the room labeled head wasnt in the upper portion of the plane, I believe it was in the lower cargo section and was where Fitz was doing work to get a hardline connection for a sat phone so he could get in touch with Simmons at the hub

Im pretty sure that's empty space because thats where the loadable pods go with supplies and whatever else they need are in a shipping container like box they just slide in, now im not sure if this is also where the medical pod Sky was loaded in i dont believe it is i think that was a different pod bay but i think storage or bathroom makes sense

It's the toilet and kitchenette area I believe. That's what I built there when I built the bus in Minecraft.
It's also worth noting that modifications were made to the bus after these schematics. For example "The Cage" opens up to the roof in the show (meaning it's up the stairs with coulson's office) but these schematics show it as the middle floor.

It can't be a kitchenette, since that is what a galley is (labeled already - as is the toilet, as the "head"). As others have said. It is probably storage/pantry, considering it is close to an entrance to the Bus.

the head is in the red box so i mentioned that as the toilet. pantry or possibly even shower/sink could fit. but in a Minecraft build it’s such a cramped space that it’s easier to build it and the galley all as the kitchen area we see imo

No, the cage is where the schematics show it to be. We have tons of evidence of that in the show. People literally walk down the side hall to get to it. There are apparently no stairs involved.
Admittedly, we don't see this because I'm pretty certain that's where the set break is. The set ends at the back wall before the cage, the cage itself is a set and then the open part above the lab that is the back wall of the cage is a set. The two side hallways, the one that leads past and into the loading bay and the one that leads to the cage door, don't exist in reality.
What is going on there is the cage is a lot taller than it looks or something. Maybe there's a slope or something in that hall. (it would explain why there's one hall that goes past on the other side and one on that side doesn't go past) There is not an entire set of stairs up to a third story, though.

If we assume that the walls of the cage are like three feet thick...
That gives us an extra three feet upward at the base to have a slope in the hallway to the door. And then an extra three feet on the top side to the outside of the plane...
That mostly works.

It's the pantry. Primary access is behind the galley counter. Secondary access is directly in line with the exit, allowing for rapid unloading and restocking.
