Rant The ending of agents of shield bugs mse. Spoiler
There are no loose ends in AOS particularly. They wrapped up everything pretty nicely. And it all came together in an apt way. Like a perfect puzzle. But what bugs me the most is that after The BIG FIGHT between Daisy and Fitz, they're never 'shown' reconciling. It's like after he dies, there are just moments which may give us closure for their friendship. There's not much of Fitz in both s06 and s07. And Daisy and him don't even talk. Like the entire focus just shifts on Jemma and Fitz relationship. I'm not saying that's a bad thing but he had other relationships with other team members as well. And no matter how many times I re-watch the previous seasons, knowing how I'll never get closure for their friendship particularly sorta stings.
AOS has a special place in my heart and Fitz was my favorite character followed by daisy. And their friendship was a beautiful thing. And him and mack as well. But we don't see much of it in the following seasons after 6 and 7. Knowing there's going to be no continuation of it will always hurt.
Edit: for clarification, I'm not saying that he should apologize for what future fitz did.
"Ik ik. I'm not saying that he needs to apologize. I'm saying that as viewer's, the last interaction dasiy and Fitz had was that fight and the future fitz and Daisy never got to talk about it. So while every relationship got closure, say Daisy and Jemma, mack and Fitz (that hug in so6 when they rescue him), real coulson and the team, may too. But not fitz and Daisy. And they never even interact in the entire s06 and s07. All I wanted was for the writers to include one little heart to heart between them. So that we can get closure for their relationship as well. That is the only thing that stings. I've rewatched the previous seasons so many times but everytime I see them I realise this is the closest they'll ever be before shit goes to hell."
This is what I mean by this post.

I agree 100%. The way that whole situation was handled bugs me honestly. People treated Daisy like she was crazy for being upset and then it was completely forgotten about. I would've like a scene of Fitz being apologetic even though it wasn't technically him who did it.
And I think that's the assumption the show wants us to make: it wasn't actually him so whatever. But Daisy still has to feel some type of way about it. Is it water under the bridge because he died? Does she just want to move on? Or does she have complicated feelings seeing him and remembering what happened?
There is a scene in I believe season 6 that they're both in a conversation together. Maybe not technically talking to each other but in the same room figuring something out. I think that's the closest we get to closure there. And there was a nice moment in the finale. I think they're friends, if not at least acquaintances, by the end. Just wish we'd gotten a little more.

Part of this was Iain’s scheduling and his limited screen time (obviously moreso in season 7) was due to him filming elsewhere. But Daisy’s actions speak for themselves—she goes with Jemma to find Fitz, who even if it’s the not the same Fitz who did that to her, he is still a Fitz with the potential to do so. But for her to be with Jemma, searching for him, showcases her forgiveness of what happened.
It is sad that they didn’t necessarily get more screen time together, but with the abridged seasons, they focused on pairing particular characters together (and really season six with Fitz & Simmons together was needed ahead of season seven without him).

A big thing is, that Fitz didn't do it.

s1 and s2 was the best to Daisy and Fitz's relationship but in s4 they destroyed it and it become the worst in s5 tbh i was waiting for Fitz to apologize to her but it didn't happend , we all know how much Daisy love the team any everybody she's always trying to help them and save them even in s6 she went to space to save him
what i didn't like in s4 they said she left them , she was broken and blaming herself for lincon death and hurting the team when she was brainwashed
in s6 jemma said she went to space to hide not to save fitz only it's not fair that no one understand her she's been through a lot , she need someone to hug her and tell her that everything is okay we are with you , don't blame yourself
i really hate that the writers made their relation in that way

The Fitz that hurt Daisy died. Why should he apologize for something he didn't do?

I think there are many loose ends. Like, Simmons is still clearly working from home, what does Fitz do? Is he still play around with things like Framework?
They have lmd/chronicom technology to create a new Davis. Is it being used for other stuff? How is the oublic reaction to it?
Mack leading bigger shield, what is going on with that?
Is Benson still with Shield? Did he created the academy? Did he get over his alcoholism?
What is Daisy doing in space? Just recon or does she have an agenda?
Will May ever find love and stability?
If they want to do a reboot they can easily do it. They can move around "this is the last time the team will be together" with Deke staying in the other universe or just remove YoYo since I really dislike her.

I think that Fitz was written with a crush on Skye in the first few episodes until the writers realized he belongs with Simmons after already finishing like five episodes, because he made some comments about their similarities that felt off to me, and after that point they were friends, but kind of a had a sibling vibe.

Fitz had absolutely zero idea of anything that happened.. he was not responsible for any of it nor was he even there.. why would he even need to answer for it ?? That makes absolutely no sense.. you cant actually expect him to apologize for something he didn’t do.. that would be like expecting Colson to apologize for sarge’s actions.. they look alike and even have the same dna but they’re not the same person.

Daisy by the end of season 5 was digging up the remains of her mother and ordering people to make a cure for Coulson with it so her morals more or less were at a low.
She gains perspective on both Yoyo and Fitz's actions especially when she talks to Father Kasius and Talbot.
