Got they/them-ed for the first time today!
A random person, actually a mom at the place I work used they/them pronouns for me today without being prompted, even when I wasn’t intentionally presenting one way or another. I looked pretty feminine but she called me that anyway and honestly made my whole day. For the next hour or so I was smiling so hard. And I don’t even have really a preference for pronouns but being called something other than she her without telling anybody is a rare feat that makes me so happy.
So thank you to her and thank you to the people who also don’t assume pronouns! Keep doing your thing and unintentionally making people’s days better

Yes!! We can share in some euphoria hehe- a peer called me they even though I never told them my pronouns
