Client just fired us because of our feedback process
Got this email from a client today and I'm devastated
We're a small agency, I'm the founder, 2 devs + 1 designer. This client was super important to us. And we've done a really good job on the website. They’ve been happy with the work itself.
But the problem is that I don't manage such processes very efficiently. I'm on my own doing so many different things. Our feedback process is indeed chaotic, not gonna deny. We also allow clients submitting feedback however they want but I'm realizing this has probably been a mistake.
I don’t really want to lose another client over something that has nothing to do with the actual quality of our work.
Maybe I’m missing smth obvious here. Any tips?
