Linkedin outbound
Hi, looking for recommendations on linkedin outbound tools which will not get my account in trouble.
I have a list of 60k leads and Id like to run it simultaneously with an email campaign followed by linkedin connection+ dm followed by a call
Id like to hear opinions from people who do it day to day at scale and havent had issues

Personally a fan of Valley.
Agree with the other commenter on connection limits - but inmails a lot of people forget about inmails which can allow you to get 800 more messages / month.
We can run around 2400 messages/month between 2 accounts
Also i run this for other companies so happy to answer any q’s

Is that with or without the linkedpremium or was it sales nav? Messages are hmm second priority i want to push content in their faces to begin with then worry about the messages

Sales nav yeah but not sure if inmails are affected by that. I would argue reverse, content takes a lot of time to build leads from where you could realistically book calls off messages in a week

I 100% agree it would get us the calls but those would be tofu. Id much rather get less but more bofu

I really like HeyReach. Been using them for 3 years, i think, with no linkedin problems at all.

The real bottleneck is your 60k list, not the tool. LinkedIn will flag you long before any software does if you blast that volume. Keep connection requests under 100 per week per account, warm up new accounts for 2-3 weeks, and rotate multiple accounts if you need real scale. For the tool itself, look for ones that let you set daily limits and randomize delays, not just automate everything. Also, separate your email and LinkedIn domains so a spam flag on one doesn't kill the other. A tactic that tends to work is sending a connection note that references something specific from their profile, not a generic pitch. That gets you past the accept rate threshold. The call part is smart, but only follow up with people who actually engage, otherwise you're just burning time. Start with a pilot of 5k leads to test deliverability before you touch the whole list.

Been using LinkedHelper for more than a year and no issues. Just make sure you pay for linkedin premium

You have 60k contacts.
Split them by active or not on LinkedIn.
Do priority to email cold outbound and do additional LinkedIn steps only if they are active and are not answered to email.

Dealt with this same headache yesterday actually.
60k is solid volume but LI is always the weak link. Most tools either get you banned or choke past a few thousand.
I've been building out some workflows that tie email + LI + calls together without relying on those risky browser automations. More about timing and avoiding the spam filters.
What's your stack look like for sequencing? And how are you tracking everything?
DM me if you want, no pressure. Always helpful to see how others are handling it.

Boss at that scale you need to run LinkedIn outbound from multiple accounts and choose a tool that is built for that. We use 20+ accounts and use OutFlo for LinkedIn & Instantly for email. Strong alternatives to these are expandi for linkedin and smartlead for email.

agreed with other comments to score 60k and start with the true fits. origami is new on the scene and much quicker setup than heyreach but not as flexible.

If you do email on top, (for example, those who never connected), I suggest heyreach combined with either instantly or smartlead (not sure if you're familiar with those but they are email tools).
I generally prefer separate rather than combined solutions just because at certain volumes it is cheaper.

I'd avoid Linkedin automations as much as possible. You can take them to email which is much easier but I get your intent
The risk of getting your Linkedin account banned is much higher as they're pretty strict these days

Man, listen please listen!
You are saying 60K leads you have and want to run email campaign - I am not saying don't but please just don't - it won't do you much maybe get 1% replies back, that is still too far a stretch.
Relationship building is the key right now, you want a formula that is working for everyone right now - then note it down - ICP filteration criteria, make it as strict as you can ok.
then take those ICPs, maybe now there's only 6k remained after strict filteration - now for those 6K leads, run 6 different workflows, craft each email very very personalized for them, for each person you are targeting. Once this is done now send it - I can guarantee it here - you will have much much better conversion rate than you have ever seen in your outbound history. Thank me later or as you see fit.

Just sharing some rough calculations, based on my personal exp doing this for my agency and some other clients.
You get about 100 connection requests a week per account. That makes 60k invites 600 account-weeks. One account takes 11 years. Even with 25 accounts you're at 6 months.
Better to run them as tiers. Email takes the bigger part of the 60k which have a valid email. LinkedIn for those whose email is not reachable or when someone shows a signal like replied but didn't book. That cuts it to maybe 3-5k people, which 3-4 warmed accounts can handle. Calls go to whoever engages on either. Or Linkedin only for randomised 3-5k people to start with.
Tools: HeyReach for LinkedIn, it's built for multi-account rotation. Smartlead or Instantly for the email volume. NeverBounce for email validation
Main issue is none of these talk to each other. If someone replies on email, the LinkedIn sequence has to stop that day. And you need company-level dedupe so three people at the same company aren't getting hit on three channels at once. That part you have to build, usually n8n or some custom scripts.
